2014

SURCAS presents a beautiful, theatrical circus show to usher in the night. Dreamers are lifted onto each others shoulders, an owl awakes in a trapeze, and jugglers pluck stars out of the sky.

2013

SURCAS’s major show in 2013 is Orpheus, a contemporary circus show retelling the Ancient Greek tragic myth, ‘Orpheus in the Underworld’.  It includes acrobalance, aerials, diabolo, hooping, juggling, poi, rope dart, and more.  August 15th-17th; for more information click here.Orpheus

2012

SURCAS created a major production for the 2012 Verge Festival, held in early October. The show is a traditional ringmaster style circus show, featuring jugglers, acrobats, aerials artists and more!

2011

Wild Things

Our 2011 major show was Wild Things, directed by Jess Miller. The show was a huge success, held in the Red Box theatre in Lilyfield, and gave everyone a great opportunity to get some great skills into amazing routines.

2010

RnJ

In 2010, SURCAS ran our major show in collaboration with the UNSW circus society, Circusoc, which allowed both societies to share skills and put together a fantastic show.
